My Story（英語）
Hello everyone!
I’m Marie and I’m from Romania, you know, the homeland of Dracula. ^^
My adventure in Japan started when I enrolled into university to study business and fell in love the beautiful life I started in Kobe. ♡
I am an active person and I love being outdoors, hiking and exploring.
So, Kobe is perfect for me, which is why it became my second home.
My interest in Japanese culture came when I stumbled upon Japanese philosophy and the concept of harmony (調和). I am deeply moved by kintsugi, especially. The art of fixing broken objects with gold has had an impact on me, making me see the beauty in everything and always trying to mend things.
I remember I was dreaming about visiting the Kinkaku-ji and Arashiyama back in middle school. It felt so unreal that when I first went there I started tearing up a little.
When it comes to my hobby, I like to create things, such as origami, nails, draw and recently I’m into embroidery and yoga.
Also, I adore indie, alternative, pop or R&B soul latin music,Kali Uchis, Lana Del Rey as well Irina Rimes and The Motans. Oh, also I loooove Ghibli music especially “Kimi wo nosete” from Castle in the Sky.
Moreover, I’m ecstatic that I found OEC because I love discussing different topics and I am grateful that I can meet so many wonderful people, who inspire me and offer me so much knowledge.
I’m especially interested in philosophy, psychology or business, as well as world cultures and mythologies.
However, I am more than happy to welcome any topics!! ^^

マリーです。ドラキュラの故郷のルーマニア出身です。
私の日本での冒険は、ビジネスを学ぶために大学に入学し、神戸で始めた美しい生活に夢中になったときに始まりました。♡
私はアクティブな人で、アウトドア、ハイキング、探検が大好きです。だから、神戸は私にとって完璧で、第二の故郷になりました。
私が日本文化に興味を持ったのは、偶然日本の哲学と調和という概念に出会ったときです。特に金継ぎにはすごく感動しました。壊れた物を金で直すという芸術は私に影響を与え、あらゆるものに美しさを感じ、常に物事を修復しようと努めるようになりました。
中学生の頃、嵐山と金閣寺に行きたいと思っていました。初めて行ったときは、あまりにも非現実的だったので、少し涙が出ました。
私は趣味がたくさんあります。折り紙、ネイル、絵など、何かを作ることを好きです。最近は刺繍とヨガにハマっています。
音楽の中でインディーズ、オルタナティブ、ポップ、R&Bソウル、ラテンミュージック、カリ・ウチス、ラナ・デル・レイ、イリーナ・ライムス、ザ・モータンズが大好きです。ジブリの音楽も大好きです。特に天空の城ラピュタの「君をのせて」が好きです。
さらに、私はさまざまなトピックについて話し合うのは好きなので、OEC を見つけてとても嬉しいです！私にインスピレーションを与え、多くの知識を与えてくれる素晴らしい人々に出会えることに感謝しています。特に哲学、心理学、ビジネス、世界の文化や神話に興味があります。ただし、どんなトピックでも大歓迎です!! ^^
